All dragon boats, gear and instruction (including paddles, life jackets, and coaches) provided for teams by our race producer.
Each team races one time in the morning and once in the afternoon. Teams hang out, bond, play games, eat or nap between races. After averaging combined times from the first two rounds, the top 12 teams will advance to a final round. The best times from the final race will determine Gold, Silver & Bronze winners.
All team members must sign a waiver form before they can get in a boat.

Note: Hydration is very important to prepare for a Dragon Boat race. The earlier you start, the better. Drink lots of water in advance, and encourage your team members to bring water with them during practice.
*Top 5 teams- using average of team's two race times- from each flight (AM and PM) will qualify for Finals. Then next top 2 teams overall. Therefore, if you finish 6th or 7th from the AM flight your team has a chance to make Finals.
Finals: 3 Heats. Each team gets one race. Fastest time in Final heat determines final standings.
